The coastal décor and furnishings are a nod to its’ location – only 177 (60 yards) steps to the white, sandy Indian Rocks Beach. It’s a 13-minute drive to the famous Clearwater beach and 25 minutes to St. Pete Beach. You’ll find it’s a short walk to local coffee shops, 10 great restaurants, bars to enjoy your favorite cocktails, a CVS to pick up anything you may have forgotten – from toothpaste to beach gear. The cottage also provides free WIFI, Spectrum App tv, and new central air conditioning. A block from the cottages you will find SPLASH Waterpark with 2 large water slides and one tube speed slide.
SOL has 700 square feet and has been outfitted for all your needs. The living area is furnished with a full-size leather sofa, swivel chair, and 55-inch flat screen TV. Entering the kitchen, you’ll see full size appliances, quartz countertops, a microwave and oven, Keurig coffee maker, and a complete Ninja blender set. The bathroom has a spacious, open shower, vanity, and generous cabinet space. The two bedrooms have king size beds with Novaform 14” comfort grande mattresses, six drawers for extra storage, and 42” flat screen TVs. The property is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
The spacious patio offers comfortable, brightly colored Adirondack chairs and a table to gather round and relax after a fun day at the beach or wherever your agenda may take you. There is also a park style charcoal grill ready for you to cook your favorite dishes! Two 100-year-old majestic oaks surround the property and create a canopy above the seating area, providing shade after a fun day in the Florida sun.
SOL & Luna provides private parking for one vehicle and is wide enough for easy loading and unloading. There is also plenty of readily available off-street parking directly in front of the property.

The local bus trolley stop is a block away & runs from Clearwater Beach (north), to Pass-A-Grille (south), and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" A mile from the property is a rental establishment for bikes, scooters, boats, and kayak rental.
